Cost per hour and minimum of hours
Chauffeur 2 U’s rate is $30.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 consecutive hours of service. All taxes and fees are included with the exception of the chauffeur’s gratuity, which is generally 15 to 20%.

Method of Payment
Reservations are to be paid in advance by Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover.

Miscellaneous Charges
Costs incurred by the Chauffeur during the hire period will be charged to the client. Typical costs are include parking, toll charges and fuel.

Booking Requirements
For licensing reasons all bookings must be made through Chauffeur 2 U and not with the chauffeur directly.

Cancellation Charges
Cancellations with less than a 12 hour notice prior to the commencement of the trip are non-refundable.

Insurance Coverage
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the appointed chauffeur is covered, at least as a named driver, on the Insurance policy of the vehicle to be driven. This has to be arranged by the client and is at their cost and risk.

Overnight Stay
Chauffeurs’ non-working hours "away from home" allowance is $10.00 per hour. Client to cover accommodation costs.

Chauffeur Staff
Chauffeurs are contracted on a self-employed basis. They must hold a PVDL (Private Vehicle Driver License) which also ensures a thorough state and federal background check. Drivers are also required to have a violation-free three year driving record and clean drug test prior to contract.

Chauffeur Dress Code
You can specify the chauffeur’s dress code, whether formal or casual, upon booking the service. The chauffeur’s formal wear consists of a suit and tie. Casual wear is considered black slacks or khakis with a branded C2U polo shirt.

On-site vehicle inspection and what does it include?
At Chauffeur2U our chauffeurs inspect each vehicle to minimize the chance of accidents or problems during theservice period by ensuring that a vehicle is safe. The inspection includes checkingthe seatbelts, insurance, registration, inspection, lights, turn signals, horns, tires and brakes
